I want to share with you the amazing journey I have had in the last 6 months, essentially becoming an author in 3 months with my book in print in 6 months!
I believe, everyone has a story to tell, and everyone is a star. 
There are many ways to share your message with the world.

Susan Boyle is a beautiful example of that. If you don’t know Susan Boyle, google her name and you will soon learn she came from nowhere on the 1st episode of Britain’s Got Talent 2009 and took the world by storm with her magic voice and her passion singing “I Dreamed a Dream” – she is truly following her dream just the way she is.
Now, back to my book.

The amazing experience of becoming an author in 3 months, and completing the manuscript in 4 months was truly incredible. I put that down to 3 key points:
1. Decide to make a commitment to myself and my passion. Yes I want to do this!
2. Focus and keep focussed. I did not allow any distractions to take over my focus.
3. Never Give Up! There is always a positive solution, jump the hurdles, there is always a way. The reward is worth it. I completed what I began 4 months ago which was my original intention.
My passion is to help others. I live in hope that everyone’s spirit can be uplifted so we can all live a positive, peaceful, harmonious life together and enjoy this magnificent planet called Earth. I am so grateful for my life, all that I have learned and been able to share to help others, in business and personally.
My reason for writing about Stress was because a family friend had been suffering severe depression and I could see how many people around her were affected and how prevalent depression is. Is it true that we all know someone who has suffered depression? Let us help each other and I hope my book will inspire and uplift those who buy it.

I picked up your book from the library last week as I am about to experience 28 days of radiation.
