Overcome Stress

My very first published book How To Overcome Stress Naturally with a foreword by His Holiness The Dalai Lama is for everyone who wants to prevent more serious health problems from chronic stress.

I interviewed 6 Health Experts and 5 everyday people – about overcoming stress and depression naturally.

Brian Egan is one inspiring man that I interviewed. Chapter 7 “Listen & Have Compassion – Aussie Helpers for Outback Farmers

More recently Aussie Helpers has bought a small farm in Mathoura, between Deniliquin and Echuca, New South Wales. Click here for Press Release

Aussie Helpers has now set up ‘Glenvale’, a ‘training farm’ for disadvantaged and/or homeless young men and women. The program’s aim is to provide six months of on-farm training for these young people, after which they will be equipped with skills to go onto full time paid employment in the rural work force.

The latest addition to ‘Glenvale’ – a new calf in February 2010. Congratulations!
