Stress disguises itself in so many ways: frustration, anger, loneliness, anxiety, fear, mood swings, hormonal imbalance, chemical imbalance, nutritional imbalance. The list is endless, and the body is out of balance.
In these changing economic and social times, it is truly time to change direction, change an attitude, change a perception.
Focus on what you truly want!
Then ask “How can I start taking the steps to do that?”
Talk to your friends and like-minded people.
Trust your Intuition.
I woke at 3.15am on Thursday 10th December to pick my dear friend Kate Brighton up at 5.30am and we headed to our job for the day as Volunteers for His Holiness The Dalai Lama Public Talk in Melbourne.
We both helped out in our allocated areas as many hands make light work. It is a dedicated volunteer team that helps His Holiness visit run smoothly.
I had a clear and strong intention to personally hand my book to His Holiness and personally say Thank you for blessing my very first book and providing the Foreword.
I strongly and clearly trust my intuition. Towards the end of the day there was an opportunity for me to meet His Holiness and indeed personally hand my book to His Holiness and say Thankyou.

This was a truly amazing and humbling experience.
His Holiness has an energy of pure love and joy with a lightness of being. I so passionately want to make a difference in the world and to help others find happiness within. HH The Dalai Lama is a daily inspiration to me personally.
In the Public Talk His Holiness answered a question on how the differences of religion can unite, and said that we should be serious about our religion because ultimately all religions at their very roots are about love and compassion. If we all focussed on the essence of our religion, we would be united as one.
If we choose with seriousness to live a life of love and compassion for all human beings, then imagine the world we would live in.
Live with Love as the key focal point, not the difference, or what we haven’t got.
Live with Love in our heart.
Love for ourselves. Love for our family. Love for our friends. Love for humanity.
When Love is the predominant virtue, everything is possible.
Love unites. Fear separates.
Open your arms to change, but don’t let go of your values.
Dalai Lama
