I have been meditating for over 17 years and would not miss a morning without my peaceful, uplifting meditation. Recently I moved back to Melbourne after living for 10 years in Queensland. I often returned to Melbourne, however now I have decided to settle here again for a while to be closer to my family.
I searched for a local meditation in my local area of Dingley Village, yet to no avail was there a Meditation group. I was being a bit lazy ços I could drive a bit further….but what about all the other local people in Dingley Village who, like me, were looking for somewhere local to meditate?
I decided I would start my own Meditation Group. I have taught Meditation and Yoga for over 17 years. I learnt from Gnana Yoga in Melbourne 17 years ago and have not stopped meditating since. Gnana is the sanskrit word for knowledge. When you meditate and focus on your “sense of self within” it is a wonderful feeling to grow a sense of trust of your own inner wisdom and intuition – that we all have.
I base my Meditation on Focus of the Breath and Sense of Self. I guide you into a gentle state of relaxation that naturally stills your mind. You do not have to do anything. Only Breathe Naturally. How Simple is that!
