Love is inclusive, nurturing, kind and creative. Love is all consuming, differences dissolve. We naturally want to help and support each other and enjoy spending time with each other.
Why not inject yourself with an extra dose of love. Start with self love. When you are “in love” have you noticed nothing seems to worry you. You breeze through life and there is a magic quality about life!

Make a list of 3 things you love about your life and 3 things your love about yourself.
Naturally, you can write more than 3 when love starts flowing.
Close your eyes. There will be at least 3 things you do love about yourself and life. Take a few deep breaths and be grateful and thankful for what you have. Love what you do have in your life right now.
Love, compassion and joy make our immune system function better and help battle stress and diseases.
Not only is love uplifting our emotions, love is vital for our good health.
Loving-kindness meditation has been used for centuries in the Buddhist tradition to develop love and transform anger into compassion.
Positive emotions, compassion and happiness help us to feel better about our self and others, especially when we feel stressed or a little depressed.

Tigers may become bored if their passionate is not matched.
Tigers are however romantic and capable of great love.
Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive.
