HH The Dalai Lama Live UStream & The Moment of Peace

Public Conversations with the Dalai Lama on Happiness, Life  & Living

His Holiness The 14th Dalai Lama arrived in Australia on Thursday 9th June. I spent 3 wonderful days at The Melbourne Convention Centre as a Volunteer for His Holiness Teachings “A Bodhisattva’s Way of Life”

We arrived at 6am each day, preparing for this remarkable man to share his wisdom and compassion. Over 200 Volunteers contributed their time, energy and most of all committment to support the message of His Holiness.

Now, You can view His Holiness at 2 more Live Stream Events (1) Brisbane (2) Perth, in the comfort of your own home

Silence Will Transform your Life by Tracey Stranger

Imagine This lifetime, This humanity, United in Peace. When I met Dean Crabb at the MBS Festival on Sunday, after a full day as a Volunteer at HH The Dalai Lama Melbourne Teachings, it was an extension of the beautiful energy of kindness that The Dalai Lama reminds us of when he says “Be Kind whenever possible, it’s always possible.”

The best place to start is always at home, with yourself. When we are kind to ourself we naturally want to extend that kindness to others, or others will notice the gentle kindness you have, and want that peace and gentleness too. Love & Peace unite.

“The Moment of Peace”, created by Dean (Jagaro) Crabb, is perfectly timed in this week of extraordinary alignment worldwide.

“The Moment of Peace” is a profound stepping stone for everyone to experience the innate strength in silence. The more humanity unites and lives from this place of inner silence, stillness and strength then together humanity will unite in peace, love and compassion.

Where-ever you are on Saturday 18th June @8pm, Be Still, Be Silent, Be Mindful for One Hour and join One Million People, Uniting for World Peace.

Wonderful Jules. Silence can certainly transform lives. When we are Mindful and Expand our Awareness to the Big Picture, small differences dissolve and the common thread of love and compassion for humanity stands out.
